Delivery Timings
• Please review and carefully select the delivery timings when placing your order.
• For same-day orders, if delivery to your location (outside Al Ain) is unavailable, the order will be scheduled for the next day.

Order Cancellation and Refund
• To cancel an order, please contact us via WhatsApp.
• Refund processing typically takes up to one week from the date of cancellation.

Handling Delivery Issues
• For any delivery-related issues (e.g., damage, missing items, or delays), kindly report them immediately after receiving the order.
• We are not responsible for any issues reported more than four hours after the order has been received, as we cannot verify how the flowers were stored during this period.

1. Keep flowers in a cool and suitable place immediately after receiving them.
2. Change the water regularly and use flower care products if available.
